Triple post (bad lighting!)

Yeah I apologize for the bad lighting in all of these pics, I just forgot to take pictures of them in the daylight and this is what happens hehe :D
Anyways here a did a purple french manicure with a nail foil called Fuchsia Fantasy, I like it because it doesn't crinkle that much after you add top coat unlike for example the gold nail foil :D It was a bit hard getting the lines perfect because the adhesive is see through but they still came out pretty neat :)
I then added a rhinestone and white dots just to make the design a bit more interesting. I painted little purple ribbons on the other hand but they turned out looking horrible so I left my other hand without them! :D
These nails I did were fun and simple. I started off with a layer or two of yellow nail polish on all nails except with green on the ring finger as you can see.
I then used a tiny paint brush (a nail art pen will be just as good if not better of course :D) to draw the smileys on the nails. I just noticed that the pic's the wrong way around, sorry :D I then applied a coat of glitter nail polish on top :) I really liked these because they're fun and very optimistic :D

These nails I actually did according to a tutorial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bgqzPyRUcD8) which was really clear and easy to follow! I loved it :D Mine didn't come out as nice though :/ But they still looked nice :) And these nails look really complicated even though they're fairly easy to do :)

Leopard print and a starry french manicure!

So these I came up with randomly I guess, I was inspired by Rihanna's leopard nails though, allthough I did mine a little differently :D Here you can see how to easily get a neat line at the bottom of the nail, just use french manicure stickers.
I added a few rhinestone stickers and did a leopard print on the other fingers and voila, this is the outcome :) I really loved these nails! :D They're classy and flashy at the same time hahah :D
I decided to use the star shapes I have and so did a french manicure with glitter tips, which didn't come out as nicely as I hoped but my nails were just sort of the wrong shape for this :D
I then added the stars for a nice twist, i thought these looked pretty nice too :)

Quadruple post!

I dunno if I spelt that heading right but... oh well! :D I fiiinally found the cable, turns out my dad had it -.- :D Well, since I now have some catching up to do i'll do four posts in one!
First a few konads :)
In this one I used plate no. 20. I covered random parts with pieces of tape, and then printed the design on and then took the tapes off, leaning a nice clean line, which I then sort of outlined, as you can see.

Here I used BM plates 03 and 11. My white nail polish was running out so the prints didn't come out all that clearly, but well enough on most nails :)

Here I made another attempt at marbling, and was gonna do a few bundle monster designs on top, although I managed to sort of mess up the marbling, I think the nail polishes I used weren't that good :D

 Pretty terrible, huh? :D
Aaaaand, here is a lesson learned for all of you who try to save on money as I did, since I went to buy normal glitter from a store, and it turned out looking terrible! :D The glitter was too thick and on top of that it all smoshed together somehow after I applied top coat.

Even worse than the marbling! It hurts my eyes looking at this XD

Sticker fail

So I noticed that I had these cute/funny stickers and thought of using them to decorate my nails. Before you go on- these aren't nail stickers, just normal ones :D
Here are a few new colours I bought (or my boyfriend bought me :D ) by Depend
Soooo here you can see the chaos. The stickers did stick, but only from the middle, the ends kept coming off no matter how many times I pushed them into the semi-wet nail polish they still wouldn't stick, I ended up making a really mess of the nails. Oh well, it was a good try, they would've looked really cute if they had worked! :D

Glittery pink (and blue) french manicure

I wanted to use the baby teardrops, which I think look like petals, I ordered from Dollar Nail Art a while back, so I thought making a flower out of them would look nice and that a french manicure would suit it nicely. Being me, I wanted to go for pink and glittery, pink is my favourite colour after all :D
I only did the flower on one finger on both hands, since I don't have that many petals, on the other fingers I decorated the smile line (which is where the nail polish ends) with silver striping tape. Although I have to say I won't be using those a lot again, they were a real pain in the ass, maybe I didn't apply them carefully enough but thy kept on comping off, even though they're length was good and I applied them on semi-wet nail polish and pressed the ends into it. I even stuck some of the ends on that were coming off with nail glue which is really strong, and some of them still came off!

Here you can see how I finally got frustrated with the tapes and just pulled them all off :D I still think that the nails look nice without them too
Here I noticed that my sister's confirmation was coming up and my dress was blue, so I carefully removed the pink frenchies and painted with blue instead, I thought the pink manicure looked prettier, though this works too :D
